- Pastor Laytecia McKinney is the Senior Pastor of Victory Temple Outreach Ministries and the Founder of Women of Wisdom Ministries in Tampa, FL. She has been equipped to conduct Conferences, Seminars and Workshops on diverse topics that have brought restoration and information to individuals of all walks of life. She is an honor graduate of Hillsborough Community College and Tampa Bay Legal Academy. She completed the Master Pastor Internship program at Without Walls International Church where she graduated in 2001 as a Summa Cum Laude graduate. After completing this milestone, she embarked into a higher level of education by attending Faith Theology Bible College graduating in 2002 as a Cum Laude graduate earning an Associate Degree of Theology. Always diligent in her commitment to God and education she continued her matriculation at Tampa Bible College where she earned her Masters of Divinity and Christian Counseling Degree.
She is the lovely wife of Bro. Sedrick McKinney and they have 3 beautiful children.
