Out of my 25+ professional years of leadership and management, I have launched LJR Training and Consulting, LLC to provide consulting, training and coaching services thru seminars, conferences, retreats empowerment books and individual services for women, youth and organizations.
In additon, I am a certified Consultant and contributing Author of the Professional Women Network (PWN) and we have collaborated to create the following self-help empowerment books for women:
