Please tell us something about who you are!
I'm created by God, with a purpose to inspire and bless those that I come in contact with. I bless my clients and readers with knowledge, skills, and motivation to do and be all that God has created them to do and be! I am an “Edutainer”. I educate and entertain my students and clients. I build their knowledge in an environment that is conducive to learning and fun!

I'm married to Rodney Williams and we have 3 children: Ryan, Jordan and Kendall. I'm the Area Chair of Mathematics and Technology at the University of Phoenix, Augusta campus. I have over 15 years of experience including college internships and co-ops in technology: programmer, trainer and web development.

I'm a graduate of Claflin University where I earned a basketball scholarship and was a part of one of the most successful teams in the NAIA; the Claflin Pantherettes coached under the legendary Nelson Brownlee. I was also voted Miss Homecoming and Miss Claflin University. I earned a MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Keller Graduate School of Management. I also earned a B.A. in Biblical Studies from the Deliverance School of Ministry and a GEM Fellowship to Clemson University and participated in the Computer Science graduate program.

I love discussing the word of God, ministering the word of God, teaching, training, traveling, connecting, networking, learning from others and inspiring others.

I'm the author of Pray before You Vote, a book urging Christians to seek God before they vote in this election. We should not let one issue be the moral litmus test, but pray for all issues before we cast our vote. See Matthew 23 where Jesus criticized the Pharisees for focusing on giving their tithes only, but neglected the more important matters of the law such as justice, mercy and faithfulness. He said these things that ought to have done without leaving the others undone.

Visit my site at www.praybeforeyouvote.org and register to vote and read the prayer for the Nation.

What Issues Are Important to God?

Hi Sistah Faith sisters! With 39 days left until the 2008 Presidential election, I'd like to know what issues do think are important to God? God is our creator and He cares about our needs. In the book of Isaiah, it was prophesied that the government would be on Jesus' shoul… Continue

You're one very accomplished lady! I'm happy to be your friend. And thanks for the compliment on the book cover -- did you get a chance to read the short excerpt from the book itself? It's on my blog.
What you say about praying is right up my alley, so to speak. I've taught my children that they should never approach a voting place before they've taken the same amount of time to pray that it would take them to travel, wait in line, vote, and come home. My husband who "early voted" last week stayed at the poll for a while and prayed for the others who were making their decisions. I salute your work! Your sistah, Latayne

Hey, thanks for speaking out on prayer about our votes! I also love to write non-fiction and am continually working on learning fiction. It seems to marry together in using the creative writing aspect of non-fiction.

Hi Freya,

Yes, I've met and spoken with Pam Cheek many times. She is an amazing woman! She, of course wanted me to rejoin (been a consultant here and in Germany) MK. I am so proud of her. She is an inspiration to many women.
