- Dwann Holmes Olsen is an award winning journalist and Emmy-nominated Producer, entrepreneur and media consultant. In 2000, the same week she was crowned the Best Broadcast writer in the state of Tennessee, she was also fired from her job as on-air personality with the CBS affiliate in Nashville, after starting her own award-winning multimedia firm.
Then, exactly one year later, in April 2001 Ebony Magazine named her 1 of 30 future leaders of America aged 30 and under. Dwann tells an inspiring story of overcoming obstacles and challenges in every aspect of her life, in order to achieve her dreams of success. Now Dwann takes what she has learned throughout her entrepreneurial journey, and finds creative ways to educate, enlighten and encourage executives, college students and people of all walks of life, on how to Dream Big & Create their success!
