- Please tell us something about who you are!
- I'm a book reviewer for magazines, fiction book doctor, and columnist who currently works as a fiction acquisitions reader for several editors and agents. I serve as the Indiana Chapter ACFW president and am also working on my own fiction manuscript. Wife of 27 years and mother to 4 boys ages 17-23 years old, I've always worked with children as long as I can remember. I've taught elementary classroom and P.E. and coached girls' basketball and track and competed in world trapshooting events. My current hobbies include reading (just for fun!) motorcycle riding with my husband and playing in a band. I love featuring authors on my When I Was Just a Kid blog.

When I Was Just a Kid....
I love exploring how things that we remember as children affects us as adults, but particularly how it affects writers! That is why I started my blog, When I Was Just a Kid, and started nibbing around into the childhood psyches of authors. I find that whether your childhood was wonderful with plenty of joy and humor, or whether it was filled with pain and life altering events, it all adds up to be used by God in you for good.
