Vendor Opportunities

There will be limited vendor space for the Garments of Praise Conference. We'd love to have you share your books, music, clothes and crafts with our conferees.

ABOUT SISTAHFAITH, INC.

SistahFaith exists to bring women full circle in faith, arts and life through books, conferences, products and organizational membership. We are committed to expressing God’s shameless grace to women and girls through local and online friendship communities. We also provide resources for success in business, ministry and publishing. This is our first official conference as SistahFaith, Inc.


Conference Information

Saturday June 13, 2009

10 AM - 4 PM

Element 3 Church

3540 Mahan Drive (across from Wal Mart and Costco)

Cost: $55, includes lunch

Bring your own round table cloth (30 inches across)

Check-in 8:00 AM

Payments must be received in full prior to conference. Booths paid for by personal check will be assigned when check clears. All vendor booths are non-transferable and non-refundable. Electrical outlets are not guaranteed in vendor area. There are no telephone lines. Please plan accordingly.

SET UP 8:00 AM -9:00 AM June 13, 2009 BREAK DOWN 4:00 - 4:45 PM June 13, 2009.

All vendors must be out of the building by 4:45 PM and the vendor area clean.

Vendors are responsible for any licenses, permits or insurance required for their businesses. There will be no food booths.
SistahFaith is not liable for any products bought or sold. Each vendor is responsible for the quality of her own wares. While we hope for a great crowd, we cannot guarantee sales or attendee numbers.

SistahFaith reserves the right to cancel any vendor agreement at any time and to refuse products not in line with the organization's mission and vision. Thanks for your interest in exhibiting at Garments of Praise 2009! (Spaces limited)
