Absolutely! I'd like to recommend "Content... Right Where I Am" by yours truly! This is more than just a book but also gives the reader an opportunity to participate and cultivate their own individual level of contentment. "Godliness with contentment is GREAT gain" says the word of God as found in I Timothy 6:6. I encourage all of my readers to be RAWC stars for God! RAWC stands for Realizing Ambition Within Contentment!!! Content is a very quick read but it is also a "power tool" that encourages the reader to complete activities/exercises and share their own personal story. If interested you can always connect with me directly via info@joyturner.net and please feel free to check out my bio and other stats @ www.joyturner.net!!! I would LOVE to receive feedback and share in on a discussion about the book. I had a book discussion at a salon back in December and it was such a wonderful time of fellowship, sharing and supporting! We cried together and we embraced one another and it was just amazing!

This book is available directly through my website (www.joyturner.net) and I am right here on SistahFaith ning if you just want to chat!

Joy & Blessings

Can we please consider discussing my book: "Cooling Well Water: A Collection of Work By An African-American Bipolar Woman" (ISBN 13 978-0-9754612-0-4)?

It is perfect for the timing of today's economy and very inspiring. It was a lay off that triggered my mental condition. As angry as I was then, I wouldn't take nothing for the journey now because that lay off became my testimony of God's healing grace and mercy and the birth of my ministry1 This book is also a strong empowerment tool for Sistahs of diversity and it is conveniently available on Amazon.

Thank you in advance for the consideration and I can wait until July, too. Smile.

Passing the peace,
Sis. Agnes

Hi Marilyn

I would like to recommend my book "Marriage 101: Building a Life Together by Faith"
This book will benefit just about anyone who is willing to go to another level in Christ Jesus and be transformed into the image of God. Don't let the title fool you, Marriage 101 is not just about marriage but it is a self-examination book that shows you YOU. It is written as a parable of "Sleeping Beauty" and we know that Jesus spoke in parables. God has opened His mouth and spoken through this parable and gave me eight biblical truths regarding His purpose and plan for marriage and how to live it by faith. Thanks for your consideration. God Bless

I humbly submit my newest release, Interruption: The Gospel According to Crystal Justine as a future book club selection. The book is the second in my "Gospel" series and explores the role of generational curses in the life of women, particularly women of color. Why do we find ourselves doing the same things and feeling the same ways about ourselves, as our mother's, our mother's mother, etc.? I think the subject matter can really help us examine areas in our lives in which we are not truly free (relationships, self-esteem, fear, etc.) and the spirtual dynamics of that.

I thank you in advance for your consideration!

I have to make a shameless plug for my novel, Secrets and Lies. It will be released on November 24th. It's a story that truly exemplifies the power of faith, hope and forgiveness.

I believe readers will find Secrets and Lies appealing, because it takes you into the complex mind of Dr. Jonah Morgan, a man you’ll love to hate, who’s dedicated his life to physically healing children, but he’s emotionally and spiritually sick himself. And his wife Faith...can she keep the faith?

Here's the synopsis:

Faith Morgan is struggling with her faith. Years of neglect leave her doubting that God will ever fix her marriage. When a coworker accuses her husband, Jonah, of the unthinkable, Faith begins to wonder if she really knows him at all, and if it’s truly in God’s will for them to stay married.

Pediatric cardiologist Jonah Morgan is obsessed with one thing: his work. A childhood incident cemented his desire to heal children at any cost, even his family, but now he finds himself at a crossroads in his life. Will he continue to allow the past to haunt him, or find healing and peace in a God he shut out long ago?

There is an excerpt on my website and some "getting to know the character" posts on The Secrets and Lies The Novel Blog.

I've also attached my press kit. Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Blessings,

Rhonda McKnight

I have a timely message about designing your life and home out of the good treasures of your heart. I recommend my book, Designing for the King: From Chaos to Order by Designing Within. This is a faith-based guide to love, peace, joy and order in your life and home. Order is essential for growth and expansion in every of life. God said, " My people shall live in peaceable habitations, safe dwellings, and in quiet resting places.- Isaiah 32:17-18. This is the driving theme of Designing for the King.

When divine order prevails in our lives, it is evident that first the same emanates from within. This is how God designed us and the way he desires us to live--out of the good treasures of our hearts. The present world does not reflect the kingdom order originally intended for our enjoyment on earth. However, all of God's children have the creative ability to eradicate chaos and create order in the earth by design, as God did at creation.

As with an automobile, a maintenance manual is provided for its upkeep for operating peacefully without confusion. Likewise, human beings were designed and equipped to operate their lives and homes far removed from chaos while consistently experiencing the peace and joy order brings, and the maintenance manual for our upkeep is the Holy Bible. With this manual we fill our thoughts, direct our conversations, and determine our actions as people Design Within to Shape Your Spirit To Eliminate the Mess, a.k.a. The S.Y.S.T.E.M.

This book has been endorse by respected voices on the lifestyle of victory and success and by leading authorities in the design/built industry.

Designing for the King: From Chaos to Order by Designing Within can be purchased at www.designingfortheking.com offering now a 20% discount.

I'd also like to put in a shameless plug for my novel Prodigal which was released on November 1st. It is the story of twin sisters, who fall in love with the same man.

I think it would be a good book for discussion because it deals with sibling rivalry, betrayal, and forgiveness.
