Say Yes! Prayer

Yet I still belong to you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, leading me to a glorious destiny. (Psalm 73:23-24, NLT)

God has given us all we need to fulfill our destiny. We want more time, more money, more resources, but the reality is, WE are the missing ingredient. God has given us all things for life and godliness. What we need now is to educate, activate and stimulate ourselves to line up with what God has said. Your assignment today is to write a prayer or affirmation of confirmation, a YES! word to yourself. It doesn't need to be more than a few sentences. Post to your blog, the discussion board, twitter, Facebook or just pray it back to God, but get it down and tell somebody, amen?

Father,
I say YES to the possibility you placed in me before the creation of the world. Forgive me for the times that I have sabotaged myself by lusting for the approval of others. Forgive me for putting limits on Your plans and replacing them with mine. I say YES to walking in my destiny and coming full circle to hope, healing and restoration in all areas. May my family, my ministry, SistahFaith and every area of my life line up with Your plans. Hold my right hand, guide me with your counsel and lead me to Your glorious destiny.

Now...write your own and pray or say it back to God with outstretched arms and open mind and a willing heart. Have a Yes! day, sistahs and walk in your glorious destiny!

Father,

I say YES to the possibility and reality that You've placed in me before the creation of the world and my immediate theater of influence. I invite You in my presence knowing that You are with me always. Forgive my sins and anoint me anew to walk diligently and more closer as I make my elections surest and with acclaim by glorifying You in the process. Yea though i walk through valleys of trial and tribulation I fear no one for I know that you are with me. I say YES to Your will and Your way, for You have made my ordination a process to encourage, equip and empower future leaders in our young boys and girls; allow me the wherewithal to build up Your Kingdom by staying out of the box but firmly in Your will. May my familial order be galvanized with assurances of self, family and community to be guided by Your counsel to justify the fence You build around me to protect against all evil.
